Latest release available for all CAD integrations With the new release of hyperMILL® 2009.2, users of different CAD platforms can now access from the full range of functions of hyperMILL® 2009. Users will now benefit from groundbreaking highlights such as the optimised fast travel concept, the structured job list or job linking. These and many other functions reduce both programming and machining times. This makes for more efficient machining, which also further reduces costs. The integration of the leading technology in the CAM software hyperMILL® into the CAD environment offers the user the greatest possible flexibility: hyperMILL® 2009.2 now also supports Solidworks® 2010 and Autodesk® Inventor® 2010. Further improvements over hyperMILL® 2009.1 Enhanced machining strategies: * 3D ISO milling with new functions for better surface quality: Comprehensive machining of surfaces, even if the ISO curves do not fit together. Spiral-shaped machining in the case of closed surface formations, selection sequence no longer required. Machining of perpendicular surfaces. * 5axis strategies: Multi-core support for the 5axis strategy ‘Multiblade point milling’ in order to increase performance further. * Grooving turn strategy: As in the case of turning, slope-dependent machining is possible as well as grooving into perpendicular walls. Floating licences for even greater ease of use: In a network licence environment, the user can choose from several different licences. The available CAD licences can therefore be used in a more targeted manner. The user can also release licences that are no longer required, thus making them immediately available at a different workstation.
